Lee Unkrich shared a photo on his twitter of the Toy Story 3 billboard that hangs over downtown Hollywood. The Billboard promotes the academy awards that the film has been nominated for. Its been nominated for 5 categories. The academy awards are on February 27th.

Director Lee Unkrich shared photos on his twitter acount of Pixar's 3D printer models of Lotso, Woody, Spanish Buzz and Jessie. All models are the actual life size in the movie. How cool is that?!

New Cars 2 Character: Raoul Caroule

Disney Pixar has released a new cars 2 character; Raul Caroule. He is a french race car who'll be racing against McQueen and other new cars 2 characters, in the Grand World Prix. Cars 2 hits theaters June 24th!

Toy Story 3 at the 83rd Academy Awards

Toy Story 3 has been nominated for five academy awards including best picture by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences.

The nominations were announced this morning, in the Samuel Goldwyn theater in Beverly Hills California.

Here are the categories that Toy Story 3 has been nominated in:

• Best Picture
• Best Animated Feature Film
• Adapted Screenplay (Screenplay written by Michael Arndt. Story by John Lasseter, Andrew Stanton and Lee Unkrich)
• Best Original Song ("We Belong Together" Music and Lyrics by Randy Newman)
• Sound Editing (Tom Myers & Michael Silvers)

Also, Pixar's short film, Day & Night directed by Teddy Newton, also received a nomination for Best Animated Short Film.

The 83rd Academy Awards will be on February 27th on ABC network.
