Lee Unkrich said this on his twitter account: "A little bird just told me about some new Toy Story Collection definitive toys in the works. Me happy." As most of you know, there is going to be a Wave 3 for the Toy Story Collection by Thinkway Toys. The toys will be selling in Fall of this year. While we don't know what toys are in wave 3, we now know that the selection for toys has been finalized, and the director of toy story 3 is happy with it! All toys that are upcoming for the year are usually showed off by the Toy Industry Association, Inc at their Toy Fair in New York which will be on Feb 13th-16th. If you attend, keep your eyes peeled for Toy Story. Im sure more information will be released when this happens.

I really don't think they'd miss a chance to do an accurate version of Zurg since he's more popular than the characters you've listed and he's got a ton of functions that can be replicated accurately. Plus he's got electronics, a feature they've been implementing into TSC toys whether their on-screen counterparts actually have them or not. I'd bet my money on a TSC Zurg in wave3. Final verdict.
